Angelina Nungurrayi Tjunginpa Tjukurrpa
14 March - 11 April
Angelina Nungurrayi is an emerging Pintupi artist whose delicate yet striking compositions represent her family's continuous connection to Country.
As a young girl, Angelina learnt to paint watching her father, the seminal Papunya Tula Artists painter Mick Namarari Tjapaltjarri. She has since inherited the custodial ownership of her fathers' Country, as well as his important story of the native mouse, Tjunginpa Tjukurrpa.
Over the last few years, Angelina has created a body of work uniquely her oen, yet through the shared story passed down to her, she evokes the memory of her father
