George Tjungurrayi Space and Place

George Tjungurrayi is an artist of today, his paintings talk to us all, crossing cultural boundaries and capturing us in their mesmeric swirls and visual conundrums.
Tjungurrayi is also a proud member of Papunya Tula Artists - the company whose founders pioneered the contemporary acrylic painting movement in Central Australia in the early 1970s.
This, Tjungurrayi's first solo show since 2008, is a celebration of the forty-year anniversary of Papunya Tula Artists.
