Joey West Tjupurrula

Joey comes from a family of highly regarded Papunya Tula Artists. He is the son of Freddy West Tjakamarra, one of the original shareholders of Papunya Tula Artists, and Payu Napaltjarri. His brothers, Bobby West Tjupurrula, John West Tjupurrula, Joseph West Tjupurrula, and John John West Tjupurrula all paint for the company.

His father is Freddy West Tjakamarra and his mother is Payu Napaltjarri, both important painters.
